For years, I struggled to stay consistent with my goals. I'd start working on a goal only to quit after a few days. This way of working on my goals made me lose a lot of time, energy, and momentum.
I knew I had to do things differently.
After years of reading the best books on personal growth and going through numerous certifications and courses, my work is about making it simpler to work on life goals without falling off track with those goals.
